The Round UP ▪️ Sanctuaries for Sleep
Dream spaces, figuratively and literally • Sourced from my Pinterest
Our bedrooms are meant to be sanctuaries for sleep.
To help create good sleep hygiene, it is often recommended to designate, when possible, our bedrooms to be used strictly for sleep and intimacy. Creating a sleep routine and space that is peaceful allows our bodies to rest and ease into sleep easily once it’s time to lie down at the end of the day.
This may be challenging for anyone who lives with others or in small spaces, as your room might also be the same place where you work or spend your downtime outside of just sleeping. Still, there are things we can do to make our bedrooms or sleeping arrangements sanctuaries for good and restful sleep. Beautifying and upping the vibes for our bedrooms can boost the environment and sleep quality.
Here are some dreamy vintage bedroom interiors I love imagining waking up in, saved from my Pinterest. Some are minimal, while others incorporate decor that creates a soothing and relaxing vibe, complete with anything one would need to rise and shine.
While these spaces are idyllic, there may be a few ideas in these images that you can use to turn your sleep space into a place you actually want to rest in!
Interior information is listed where established.
